We have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. We don’t offer free returns, the customer must pay the return shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, your order/item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

If your item is approved we will give you directions on where and how you can mail your package.
We will not accept items that are sent back to us without requesting a refund first.

We will notify you once we have received your return request and inspected it and let you know if it has been accepted or declined.

If approved you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your credit card company or bank to process the refund to.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged,defective or you have received the wrong item so we can inspect the issue and take the right steps.

We aim to send out your order 1-2 days after your order has been accepted.(Not including weekends and holidays)
